Hi Stefan,

Just an idea to help you wink

At my work, Internet access is stricly managed and direct access to outside servers other than webserver or ftp servers is prohibited (and blocked).
When RoyalTS crash, it offer the ability to send you a report but in my case it is impossible as the proxy block it.

Is it possible to add a button in the crash dialog to save the bug report into a file? We can attach it to an email message and sent it manually to your support's mailbox?

The crash reports can be sent manually as well. As soon as you click on send (it doesn't matter if send is working or not) the file will be created temporarily in the %temp% directory. You could attach the file to an email and send it to me directly.

Update: the file name extension for the crash report is .saencryptedreport

Regards,
Stefan
