I’ve still not shown all new features and improvements for 1.6.5 but starting today I offer to download the beta version (1.6.5.32156). If you are interested to test drive the beta version, create an account on this web site (if you haven’t already) and click on this link: http://www.code4ward.net/main/Default.aspx?rsvp=RTSBETA After that you should have access to the beta forums. There you’ll find all the instructions… Now let’s do some screenshot bonanza: I think the pictures are saying more than thousand words… cheers Stefan

Re: 1.6.5 Last Sneak Peak and Beta Announcement
Do not see account setup on home page. How do I try the Beta Version to see if it will work with SSL RDP.
Thanks, Cindy

Re: 1.6.5 Last Sneak Peak and Beta Announcement
Hi Cindy,
just register a user account on the site (if you do not have one already), click on that link while logged in: www.code4ward.net/main/Default.aspx?rsvp=RTSBETA
(or copy/paste the URL above if clicking doesn't work)
After that you should see the beta forum on the forums page. From there you'll get all information about the beta including the download link.
I hope this helps, otherwise, just contact me and I will help.
cheers

Can't see the Beta Forums, despite being logged in and clikcing the link, ami insanely stupid to follow this instructions, or does the system work as intended??

Re: 1.6.5 Last Sneak Peak and Beta Announcement
You are logged in, clicked the link and don't see the beta forum on the Support->Forums page?
Interesting.
Can you tell me your user account? Then I can see if you successfully joined the group. You can also see for yourself when clicking your username and check out the Manage Services page. There you can manually subscribe/unsubscribe to groups.

Re: 1.6.5 Last Sneak Peak and Beta Announcement
Any thoughts of the ability to create sub folders for connections? Also setting credentials at a folder level?

Re: 1.6.5 Last Sneak Peak and Beta Announcement
Hi DJ!
1.6.5 is a huge step in the right direction to finally enable subfolders. But there's still a lot of work to do. I guess 1.7 will still be without subfolders but hopefully the major release after 1.7 will have it on board.
I'm sorry for the delay but I want to do it right this time and I also have to think about additional connection types (like VNC, HTTP, etc.) which isn't making this easier...
cheers

Re: 1.6.5 Last Sneak Peak and Beta Announcement
Beta for 1.6.5 is over. For 1.7 I will re-enable the beta group when the first beta is available. Stay tuned.
